FLIR and Extech, two global leaders when it comes to thermal-sensor devices, has recently introduced its latest product called Extech i5 which is an infrared camera that has been designed to detect molds and insect infestation using thermal heat, making this device ideal for industrial buildings and offices.
One of the most notable features is the compact and lightweight design, weighing approximately 12 oz and measuring 8.8-inch, this particular infrared camera is the world’s smallest and lightest model available in the market today.
This infrared camera has been designed to detect moisture, mold build-up, and pest. Using high resolution thermal imaging, this device can also pinpoint faulty insulation system, insect and pest infestation, plumbing defects, leakage and seepage from roofs, and other structural deficiencies
